| Reconstitution | Reconstitute with 5 mL buffer: 0.15 M phosphate buffer, pH 7.5, 0.03 M EDTA, 0.1% human serum albumin and 0.1% sodium azide. Store the reconstituted stock at −20 °C. Working dilutions to be discarded if unused within 12 hours. |
